Q1.

There are talks that many projects will be shut down due to the Korean Virtual Asset User Protection Act, but what about PIBBLE Project? Is it possible to list further?

Recently, the cryptocurrency market as a whole has been experiencing difficulties, including a significant drop in the Korean stock market and a panic sell-off in the Bitcoin market. In the midst of this global market instability, South Korea is facing an important regulatory change.

On July 19, 2023, Korea’s first virtual asset law, the Virtual Asset User Protection Act, was enacted. This is the first phase of virtual asset legislation, which focuses primarily on user protection and prevention of unfair trade practices such as market manipulation and use of undisclosed information. The second phase, the ‘Basic Act on Regulation of Virtual Assets’, will cover the regulation of companies participating in the market, including the issuance, distribution, and disclosure of virtual assets.

PIBBLE Project has been proactive in responding to these changes in the regulatory environment. We have been faithful in disclosing the issuance and distribution of crypto assets and have passed the exchange submission documents without any problems. However, in the new regulatory environment, domestic exchanges are becoming more cautious about new listings, and PIBBLE Project is also affected by this.

Despite these challenges, we recognize this as an opportunity for PIBBLE to grow in a more trusted environment. While the current market conditions are challenging, we are continuing to prepare for our listing in compliance with the new legal framework.

We believe that once the market stabilizes and the regulatory environment becomes clearer, PIBBLE will be able to build on its efforts and achieve even more positive results. We thank our investors for their continued interest and trust, and we will continue to operate the project in a transparent and responsible manner.

Q2.

I applied for listing on Bithumb, but I was wondering if you received any response from Bithumb or if the possibility of listing has disappeared,

I was wondering if you have any plans to apply for listing on other exchanges in the future.

I’m also curious about what efforts you’re making to get listed on an exchange.

Regarding the Bithumb listing application, we have received a response from Bithumb after further refinement and review, but we have not reapplied to Bithumb at this time. This is based on the following strategic decision

Changing regulatory environment: Due to the Virtual Asset User Protection Act implemented this year, domestic exchanges are cautious about listing domestic projects.

Risk of rejection after reapplication: We also considered that if you reapply to Bithumb and are rejected, you will not be able to apply for listing for one year.

Considering that it is currently not easy for domestic projects to get listed on exchanges, we are proceeding with the following strategy.

First, we plan to list on two additional overseas exchanges in the third quarter. After listing on overseas exchanges, we will apply to Bithumb for re-examination and additional listing on domestic exchanges based on stronger performance and data.

As we work towards listing on exchanges

Continuing to improve metrics: We are focusing on securing data for listing, especially on key metrics such as on-chain data and user growth required by exchanges.

Growing our user base: We’re increasing the number of actual users through ongoing marketing and service improvements.

Increasing on-chain activity: We continue to improve on-chain data by facilitating on-platform transactions and activity.

Increasing technical maturity: We continue to improve the stability and functionality of our platform to enhance the user experience.

Increased compliance: We’re meeting the legal requirements of the new regulatory environment.

We hope our investors understand that we are focused on medium- to long-term success and sustainable growth, rather than short-term results. Although the listing process is taking longer than expected, we believe that it is a process of building a stronger foundation and increasing the value of the project. In addition, the number of Munthly users and on-chain data are already close to the numbers required by large exchanges, and we plan to increase the user pool through international marketing.

Q3.

When do you plan to list further and which exchanges are you considering?

Let me tell you about our plans for additional listings and the exchanges we are considering.

We are currently in active discussions with several exchanges with the goal of listing in Q3. While it is difficult to name specific exchanges, we are carefully selecting them based on the following criteria

Substantial trading volume: We’re prioritizing exchanges with real, meaningful trading, not just high volume.

Growth potential: We’re looking for exchanges that have the potential to grow into major exchanges in the future, even if they’re small or medium-sized today.

Regulatory compliance: We are favoring international exchanges with travel rules in place. This will give us an advantage when listing on a domestic exchange in the future.

Mutually beneficial: We are looking for exchanges that will have a positive impact on both PIBBLE Project and our holders.

Of course, our goal is to eventually list on a global top-tier exchange. However, we recognize that the exchange market itself is changing in a very dynamic way. Exchanges that were top-tier just a few years ago are disappearing, new exchanges are emerging, and change is rapid.

Based on our 7 years of industry experience, we are focusing our discussions on exchanges that can provide real value to our project and investors in the long term, rather than short-term results.

Q4.

I would like to know about the investment in Orbit (OZYS), the amount of damage, progress, and future measures.

I know that liquidity supply is required when listing… Is there any problem with the Orbit investment?

PIBBLE Project provides PIB to Klayswap, but it is not related to Orbit investment, so it is not a victim.

Q5.

What kind of market is the PIBBLE app targeting? Are the users coin users?

AI PIBBLE was renewed with the goal of expanding the market to the AI market after experiencing limitations in the coin user base. Of course, we are targeting the user base familiar with coins and rewards in 2024, but in 2025, we expect to overcome the instability of the coin market by expanding to the AI content creation user base and the general public instead of the coin user base.

Currently, the global cryptocurrency market is estimated to be around 1 trillion dollars. While this is a significant amount of money, it is still small compared to traditional financial markets and the technology industry, the AI market is experiencing explosive growth. As of 2022, the global AI market was worth about $140 billion and is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 38.1% by 2030 to . 1.5 trillion by 2030, at a CAGR of 38.1%. AI users span all age groups and professions, and its use continues to expand from everyday life to professional endeavors.

AI PIBBLE is targeting the fast-growing market for generative AI tools and the creator economy. The global AI content creation market is expected to grow from $2.9 billion in 2022 to $109 billion by 2030 (CAGR of 58.5%), and the creator economy market is expected to grow from $104 billion in 2022 to $480 billion by 2030 [Source (McKinsey & Company) (Gadget Advisor)]. Even if AI PIBBLE captures just 1% of the AI content creation market by 2025, it could target a market of around $250 million, and the potential market size could be even larger if we consider the creator economy market as a part of it.

For the past seven years, PIBBLE has been pursuing a change to a larger growth opportunity by expanding into the AI market, realizing that despite having the largest number of users in Korea, the market is limited. AI PIBBLE is securing greater growth potential by expanding from the relatively small framework of the coin market to the huge AI market. This is not just a strategy to expand the market size, but to increase the intrinsic value of the project through technical innovation and practical value creation.

How many users do you currently have?

Since its launch in the Korean market in February 2024, PIBBLE has been steadily growing with about 20,000 new users, adding 100 to 200 new subscribers every day, and recording more than 200,000 daily activities. AI PIBBLE currently has 20,000 new users in Korea, including new users who joined as an AI service in February 2024, and 150,000 users, including the user base of its existing social blockchain service, and new users are joining through word of mouth every day. The company aims to reach 1 million users by 2025. Currently, the user base consists mainly of tech-savvy millennials and reward-conscious app-tech housewives and professionals in their 30s and 40s. Potential customers include AI content creators, social media users, digital artists and designers, influencers and content marketers, AI and blockchain investors, and the education sector. AI PIBBLE is recognized as having great potential in the global market by targeting these diverse audiences.

Q7.

Is there a profit model for PIBBLE Foundation and can I expect the price of PIB to increase?

Unlike other coin projects, PIBBLE service tries to have a competitive advantage to increase the price value of PIB through its own sales on the platform. Revenue model of AI PIBBLE 1) AI subscription service: A monthly subscription model that provides premium AI features to users. 2) Content sales and sharing revenue: Creators share the sales revenue of the content they create with the platform. 3) In-platform advertising: Provides an effective marketing channel for advertisers through targeted ads. 4) In-app purchases: Sell add-ons, virtual items, special content, etc. 5) NFT transaction fees: We charge a fee for every transaction made on our NFT marketplace. In addition, we plan to generate additional revenue through B2B services such as 6) AI content analysis services, 7) providing AI solutions for enterprises, etc.

PIB is targeting 300,000 subscribers in 2024, 1 million in 2025, 5 million in 2026, and 10 million in 2027, which will have a competitive advantage in driving up the price value of PIB with its own revenue from within the platform.

Among the revenue models of the PIB platform, AI paid premium subscription (the paid subscription rate of AI-generated services varies depending on the type of service and target audience, but it is generally estimated to be between 5–15%), and if 10% of 1 million people subscribe to an AI paid premium service of 10,000 won, monthly revenue of 1 billion is expected. Currently, the service is in the early stages, and advertising revenue is planned after 2026, but if the number of paid users does not meet the expected target in 2025, we plan to introduce differentiated advertising products to reward users.

Q8.

I would like to see limited things in the PIBBLE app, such as voting and leveling up, become paid services, just like paying for game items in game services. If you can pay with PIB, it will be good to increase the use of PIB in the service. Do you have any plans for paid services?

PIBBLE’s in-app payment currently consists of a single purchase of AICREDIT.

The development team is planning and developing to expand the paid products, and will introduce various products including recurring payments using cash and PIB.

We will add products related to general usage features such as upvoting and leveling up, as well as products specialized for Top PIBBLE and products that are in line with PIBBLE’ development roadmap.

It will be available in August.

Q9.

I am a user who is having a lot of fun using PIBBLE service since I was introduced to it through an apptech club. I’m using a few things as an AI service, and PIBBLE seems to be an uniquely well-made service among domestic services. It would be nice if something like a guide that makes it easy to talk to AI is provided in the AI chat window, but do you have such a development plan?

We are considering a way to make it easier to guide and lead conversations, as you mentioned, because people who use AI for the first time may feel confused.

We are preparing to engage users in various ways, such as predicting the next conversation and presenting some examples, as well as the way the AI leads the answer, so that it is easy to engage and continue to engage.

I don’t know much about AI services, but there are many outstanding companies globally, and AI PIBBLE generates revenue through paid payments, what is your competitive advantage?

1) AI PIBBLE takes the APIs of countless AI creation services and mixes them with AI services through tuning by the PIBBLE development team to create new AI services. Our platform integrates services from third-party global AI giants and develops them on its own, allowing for rapid updates and infinite expansion. This is differentiated from existing platforms that are developed by themselves with unlimited funds.

2) AI PIBBLE provides economic benefits. While various individual AI services require individual monthly subscription fees to use, AI PIBBLE allows users to experience and use a variety of services, making it more economical than using multiple AI services individually for non-professionals.

3) The strength of AI PIBBLE is that it is a new type of platform that integrates various functions such as content sharing, copyright protection, and monetization, rather than just providing AI functions. With AI PIBBLE, users can create creative content, share it, protect copyright, and monetize it. This is a unique strength that existing generative AI services do not offer.

Please briefly explain the progress of other projects besides the PIBBLE app.

PIBBLE Games, other missing parts, etc.

Currently, PIBBLE is adopting a simple and focused strategy that focuses on AI services.

The existing services such as PIBBLE Games, Gift Shop, Scratch Ad Platform, etc. are still PIBBLE’s assets and have the potential to be reopened within the AI PIBBLE service at any time.

However, as we are currently focusing on expanding AI content, the reopening of these services will be determined by our strategic judgment in the future. We leave open the possibility that the existing services may be integrated into the AI PIBBLE service in an upgraded form depending on our strategic judgment in the future.

Since the AI feature of the PIBBLE app has been activated, many new users have joined the app, and I was wondering what kind of business you are planning to do with AI in the future.

AI PIBBLE is the world’s first to provide a unique “virtual social space” that integrates AI-based content creation, social sharing, and blockchain-based monetization. AIPIBBLE chats like KakaoTalk, but with over 150 of PIBBLE’s own tuned AI friends that you can talk to at any time without having to wait for a real friend. It’s also similar to Instagram, but instead of generic content, you can share unique AI-generated content. And it’s a comprehensive platform with reward earning, blockchain-based copyright management, and monetization.

Currently, AI PIBBLE provides a service that generates new text or images when text is entered. At this stage, users may feel that the AI content generated is somewhat limited. However, we are continuously expanding the service to make the user experience richer and more diverse.

In particular, we will be gradually introducing the following new AI content generation services.

- Text to short-form video: Create short videos with a simple text description.

- Text to music: Text in a desired mood or genre and AI will compose the music.

- Text to long-form video: Enter a scenario and the AI will create a full-length video.

- Text to Avatar: Create a personalized 3D avatar based on a character description.

Currently, our team is focusing on the development of a “text to short video” feature, which will be available soon, allowing users to easily create short, interesting video content by entering their ideas as text.

With these various AI content creation tools, users will be able to easily create and share more creative and engaging content.

Q13.

The price of PIBBLE has been dropping even lower as the top PIBBLE winners sell their PIBBLE coins.

Due to Top PIBBLE, only PIBBLE Coin is constantly being released into the market, and there is no content to buy PIBBLE, so the price can only continue to fall.

Apart from the overall market situation, what is PIBBLE’s stance on the situation?

The AI PIBBLE team’s response to the current market situation and PIB coin price is that the Top PIBBLE event is currently running with a prize pool of 1 million PIB per day, which is about $500,000 per day. This is a small amount compared to the overall PIB market size, so it is difficult to believe that the Top PIBBLE prize pool is directly affecting the market price of PIB coins.

The current price decline of PIB is likely due to the overall downturn in the cryptocurrency market and global economic instability. We also believe that AI PIBBLE could quickly gain traction with a substantial user base once market conditions improve. We believe that our AI technology and the ever-growing number of users are strong factors that support the potential value of PIB.

PIBBLE team plans to continue to increase the value of the coin through an in-market buyback policy of PIB coins through platform revenue and regular PIB burns, which we believe will positively impact the value of PIB in the long term. We also plan to focus on expanding our global user base in the second half of the year, and are actively pursuing a listing on major global exchanges. This will increase PIB’s liquidity and provide access to a wider range of investors.

We believe that the current market conditions are temporary, and we are confident that our innovative technology and growing user base will enable us to achieve long-term success.

I think the price of PIBBLE Coin and BOMUL Token has dropped too much, and the daily trading volume of the exchange is in a serious situation.

PIBBLE’s position is that they will not intervene in the price… but I wonder if they are too indifferent.

PIBBLE Foundation fully understands the concerns about the price drop of PIB Coin and Bomul Token and the decrease in trading volume.

Currently, the cryptocurrency market is in a transitional period of adapting to a new regulatory environment, including the Virtual Asset User Protection Act. This law focuses on protecting users and preventing unfair trade practices, and more specific regulations on the issuance and distribution of virtual assets will be addressed in the upcoming Basic Act on Regulation of Virtual Assets.

In this regulatory environment, we are confident that AI PIBBLE’s decision not to directly intervene in the price of our coin was a strategic decision that increased the long-term competitiveness and viability of our project. It has allowed us to be recognized as a sound and legitimate project.

We still believe that the price of PIB should be determined by the actual value of the project, and not simply by artificial intervention. To this end, the AI PIBBLE team is continuing to work on the following initiatives

1) Continuing to expand the user base

2) Developing and applying AI technology / improving and constantly updating the platform’s functionality

3) Increase substantial platform revenue

4) Enhance the in-app usage value of PIB

These efforts will increase the intrinsic value of PIB, which in turn will lead to an increase in its value in the market. We believe this approach is the most reasonable and sustainable price growth strategy. We are not sitting on the sidelines, but rather focusing all of our efforts on increasing the real value of the project within the legal framework. In a regulatory environment that will become more stringent in the future, this approach will make projects with real value, such as AI PIBBLE, more competitive.

If I want to sell AI posts as content, is it against copyright,,,, How can I check the license and if I can’t, is it all on me?

The issue of copyright for AI-generated content is a complex topic that is being debated globally. Currently, AI itself cannot be the subject of copyright, but rather the person who created the content using AI.

AI PIBBLE helps users safely sell content while addressing the copyright issues of AI-generated content. Whether or not AI-generated content is copyrighted can be a complex issue, but PIBBLE transparently records who created it, how it was created, and the date it was created on the blockchain, which can be used as legal evidence. This provides a basis for users to verify licenses and clarifies accountability.

I would like to make an open market (not limited to the app, but also available on the web) for the sale of substantial content. Is this possible?

AI PIBBLE is focused on mobile optimization, and our primary goal is to make AI accessible to the general public anytime, anywhere. Currently, the PIBBLE app is open for content aggregation, and we have an agreement with Getty Images that allows PIBBLE content to appear simultaneously on Getty Images’ sales site, and we are working on additional collaborations with other large paid image sales companies. As a second step, we are preparing to open the market within the PIBBLE app, and we will further consider the web service of Smart Cell to reflect the opinions of users. Thank you for your feedback.

Q17.

The number of new subscribers seems to have increased, and I am a new subscriber who is spending a lot of time earning money honestly with the PIBBLE service these days. Looking at the leaderboard, some people have earned up to 14 million PIB, which is over $5 million in cash based on the current PIB price, but when did Top PIBBLE start? What do I need to do to earn that much, and is it an ongoing event?

It started at the end of February 2024, so it’s been around for about 6 months. Top PIBBLE pays 50% of the prize money to winners and 1/N to participants, so even if you’re not a winner, you can still earn rewards by spending enough time in the PIBBLE app. It started as an initial open event, but due to the good response from users, it is being extended and will continue until the global open. Q18.

If the Top PIBBLE event continues, I need a configuration that allows me to monitor, check, and match in real-time on one screen.

I would like to be able to see all of them in real time from 00:00~23:59 daily, including botting, matching, and botting by account (matching directly from the matching page) in the current post ‘Matching’. Otherwise, I have to create a separate list to see them like I do now.

After removing the voting volume value, the rate of not voting is increasing every day, as the top 10 votes are ignored.

Overseas users can’t communicate because their comments aren’t translated, and they don’t even bother to match.

We believe that the best way to correct all of the above situations at once is to set an escrow option when bidding, or to settle by escrow.

The number of points that need to be managed to compete for Top PIBBLE and the time-consuming nature of managing them has been confirmed in various ways.

We are considering a number of improvements to reduce management fatigue and focus on the main purpose of Top PIBBLE, some of which are under development.

The introduction of escrow for upvotes is different from the purpose of upvotes using brushes, so it’s difficult to determine the appropriate response.

We want to make sure that Upvote is used for its intended purpose, which is to donate to your favorite artwork, but we’re also working on ways to address your concerns.

Q19.

I’ve been using the app for a couple of years now, but I’m not sure if it’s the right event for me, and I’m not sure if it’s going to be a good fit.

Please explain once again what the business direction of the PIBBLE app is and whether Top PIBBLE is the right event for it…

If it is, we would like to see more stable boating (introduce escrow settlement method, check the number of boats in real time), an environment where great content can be picked and evaluated (improve AI credit consumption, remove word limit for picking content),

And do you have a plan for compensation?

Top PIBBLE started as an open event and has continued to grow to a global open due to the positive response from users, but please understand that betting is not mandatory and is a voluntary interaction between users.

Any issues with cheating are automatically detected and handled through the monitoring and reporting function among users. Top PIBBLE through matchmaking is an additional feature, not the main business direction, but rather the expansion of the AI content metaverse and the development of a revenue model.

The development team is constantly reviewing participating works, new users, comments, and other data, including reports from supporters, to identify bugs, issues, and other problems, which are reflected in the development.

As you asked, we’ve been monitoring Top PIBBLE for 6 months, reflecting the opinions of our users, and thinking about and developing ways to make Top PIBBLE easier to manage. Thank you for your feedback, and we hope that your continued interest and comments will lead to positive developments in the platform’s updates.

When I inquire via CS email, they say they will reply within a week, but I only get an automated reply and no comments or answers.

Is it difficult for you to respond proactively?

Our team responds to all customer inquiries once a week, for the week’s inquiries, and every Monday. If you miss an answer, please contact us again and we will respond promptly on Monday.

Q21.

What plans do you have to promote the PIBBLE app?

AI PIBBLE is currently running an “AI Content Contest” with prizes for the best content, and over 1000 entries are submitted every day.

This shows that the market is finding it very attractive that non-professionals can create content with AI, win prizes, and sell it.

In August 2024, we are preparing for affiliate marketing with domestic mom cafes and app-tech companies, and we are aiming to enter the global market soon after. Initially, we plan to target Asian countries, and later expand to other regions such as Europe.

We also plan to work with global influencers and celebrities to promote the features and benefits of AI PIBBLE, including domestic ones, and run a brand ambassador program so that experts in various fields can reliably promote the platform. In terms of data-driven marketing, we plan to analyze user data to provide personalized content recommendations and marketing messages, and use strategies to increase conversion rates by bringing back lapsed users through retargeting ads.

It is a structure that earns revenue by boating the AI-drawn drawings, but the actual drawings seem to have no value.

I’m wondering if you have any plans to give value to the best AI-drawn drawings as NFTs or to lead it in a more meaningful direction.

We appreciate your feedback on the value and use of AI-generated drawings. The NFT market is constantly evolving, and we’re paying attention to these changes. The current NFT market is different from what we’ve seen in the past, and we anticipate that a new form of NFT market is on the horizon.

To respond to these market changes, AI PIBBLE is planning and developing the CARA service. The CARA service is an AI content licensing service that NFTs the content in the PIBBLE app, records its ownership, sells it, and tracks its transaction history, similar to the concept you suggested. This will add real value to AI-generated content and provide new revenue generation opportunities for creators.

The current development schedule for the CARA service has been adjusted to take into account market conditions and user needs, and we are carefully considering the timing of future releases. We are constantly monitoring the evolution of the NFT market and are preparing to launch CARA at the right time.

Is there a difference between 10 boats and big boats for leveling up?

It is the same. We have removed the weighting for quantity for now.

I think you mean the ranking on the Top PIBBLE leaderboard.

There are other factors besides upvotes and comments that are used to calculate the ranking of Top PIBBLE.

In the real-time ranking view, only upvotes and comments are displayed, but the score is based on a combination of factors such as the number of PIBBLEs in the app, engagement (comments, upvotes, views, following), user level weighting, and the number of upvote participants.

I would like to have a storage box to store my paintings separately, and I would like it to be a system that does not have any kind of eat and run.

We are considering a locker to store the pictures you mentioned.

We are planning to improve the curation feature that was previously available in PIBBLE.

However, due to a lot of developments, it may not be a priority feature.

We have changed the criteria for selecting Top PIBBLE as follows.

When scoring Top PIBBLE, we will treat the upvote quantity weighted score as 0 points.

Uplift is measured by

It affects three scores, but we excluded the double weighting part to remove the

to remove the reason to send the maximum amount of upvotes.

Sending only 10 brushes is sufficient.

Regarding BomulPlanet, Season 2 opened in early August, and you can find more details in the Discord Room, where you can get a detailed answer. Also, regarding the request to be able to enter the Discord Room without NFTs, we will add a policy when Season 2 opens or review it based on the global environment. The PIBBLE team is in constant communication with BomulPlanet and we are working together to ensure a win-win situation.
